Bylaw #2 - Purpose

The ongoing purpose is to improve the administration of justice for all citizens of the City of Omaha and Douglas County.

The Management Council shall act as a forum to coordinate and facilitate communication within the justice system agencies, and to develop and implement system goals, policies and procedures.
